Pragmatic Play invites blackjack buffs to €1m league 17 April 2024
A new live casino blackjack league has kicked off in several major markets. Pragmatic Play has launched a blackjack league that started on April 1 2024.
The league will allow blackjack enthusiasts to compete with each other to grab a share of the €1 million monthly prize pool, 500 prizes and €10000 daily. The league will be open until June 30 2024.
Irina Cornides, Pragmatic Play COO, said: “Blackjack League is a thrilling addition to our Live Casino offering. Awarding 500 cash prizes every day from a €1,000,000 monthly prize pool, completely funded by Pragmatic Play, the tournament-based league will add even more incentive for players to enjoy our leading range of Blackjack titles.”
Throughout 364 tournaments, players will get the chance to win a share of cash prizes totalling €3185000.
Players can choose from four tiers. The tiers are bronze, silver, gold and Prive which have differing cash prizes up for grabs.
The bronze category has a daily cash prize of €3000, silver has €7000, gold has 15000 and Prive has €10000. You have to place different minimum stakes for each tier.
For bronze, the minimum stake is €5-10 for a chance at 250 daily prizes, silver is €25-50 for access to 200 prizes, gold is €100 for 49 prizes and Prive is €1000 for the prize.
Over 100 blackjack titles will be available in the league. Some of the popular games included in the league are Blackjack X, VIP Blackjack, Prive Lounge Blackjack and Speed Blackjack.
Each of the titles caters to different tastes of blackjack. For example, Speed Blackjack caters to players looking for more hands while Prive Blackjack caters to players who love their privacy.
To win the blackjack titles, you have to accumulate points. Points are earned for consecutive wins in the three tiers.
Prizes are awarded based on a player’s position on the leaderboard.
The rules are a little different for Prive Blackjack where you are rewarded for the longest single-win streak.
