TopBookie continues checking selected official casino and regulatory sources after a review is published. Our monitoring system records source snapshots, compares later checks with previous versions and separates repeat-confirmed updates from changes that require human verification.
A webpage changing does not automatically mean a casino's licence, status or safety changed.
Critical signals are not published as facts until they are verified.
How the Monitoring Process Works
The system is designed to detect meaningful source changes while reducing false alerts from temporary errors, banners, maintenance pages or anti-bot challenges.
Automatic Check
Scheduled checks request the source when its next monitoring time is due.
Snapshot
Readable page content is normalized and stored with a cryptographic content hash.
Compare
The new snapshot is compared with the previous successful version of that source.
Verify
Eligible changes require a stable repeat check; critical signals require human review.
Player Update
Confirmed public updates can appear in TopBookie Check, reviews and latest updates.

Monitoring coverage depends on which official source URLs are available and accessible for each casino.
Official Website
General availability and major source-page changes on the casino's official site.
Regulator
Linked regulatory or licensing sources. Changes here are treated as critical signals.
Terms & Conditions
Terms-source changes, including identifiable wagering or maximum-bet wording where clear.
Payments
Recognised payment-method additions, removals and broader payment-source updates.
KYC
Changes to linked identity-verification and account-verification information.
Responsible Gambling
Changes to linked player-protection and responsible-gambling information.
How We Reduce False Alerts
Not every technical difference should become a public casino update.
Repeat-confirmed source update
A monitored source differs from its previous snapshot.
The change waits for another successful check.
The same new version is observed again.
Eligible low-risk updates can become public monitoring history.
Critical or ambiguous signal
A regulator source or major official-site page changes.
The signal remains private and is marked for verification.
A human review is required before a factual public claim is made.
Only verified information can later be shown publicly.
What the Monitoring Labels Mean
Monitoring active
At least one enabled official-source URL is registered for automatic monitoring.
Last checked
The latest automatic attempt to inspect that monitored source.
Checked successfully
The source was reachable and produced enough readable content for monitoring.
Baseline
The first successful snapshot. A baseline is never presented as a casino change.
Detected
The first monitoring check that observed a difference. It may not be the exact moment the operator made the underlying change.
Verified monitoring update
An eligible source change that remained stable on a repeat successful check or was otherwise approved for publication.
Needs verification
A potentially important or ambiguous signal that is not published automatically as a factual casino change.
Temporarily unavailable / blocked
The source could not be reliably checked. This is not interpreted as proof that information was removed.
What Monitoring Does Not Mean
It does not mean every page on every casino website is monitored.
It does not mean a temporarily unavailable regulator page proves a licence was revoked.
It does not automatically classify a casino as safe or unsafe.
Some sources may use JavaScript, CAPTCHA, Cloudflare or other access controls that prevent reliable automated checking.
A change in website layout or text is not automatically treated as a change in the casino's legal or operating status.
