How to get the bonus

Bonus Terms and Conditions

1.  Only one bonus is allowed per player, account, address, computer and IP address. CristalPoker reserves the right to close any account that is considered a duplicate account and confiscate the assets of the relevant account.
2.  If no other information is given, the minimum qualifying deposit for claiming a bonus is: 20 EUR, 20 USD, 20CHF, 20 CAD, 20 AUD, 200 NOK, 100 PLN or 100 BRL. The maximum amount of the bonus varies depending on the campaign.
3.  Bonuses that are received with a no-deposit requirement (free spins, cashback, cash reward, money reward or any other form of received bonus or cashback) have a maximum withdrawal limit of 50 EUR, or equivalent in other currency. In case bonus received is more than 50 EUR, maximum withdrawal in that case is 5 times received amount. Maximum withdrawal limit applies when winnings were generated with the help of no deposit bonus or when winnings from no deposit bonus are part of players real balance. Bonuses that comes with a deposit requirement (clause 10.2,10.3) have limits on withdrawal of 5 times deposit amount. Any balance above maximum withdrawal amount is forfeited manually once player reach maximum withdrawal amount or when player requests withdrawal. Maximum withdrawal limit applies when winnings were generated with the help of deposit bonus or when winnings from deposit bonus are part of players real balance.
4.  We reserve the right to apply a rollover of at least 5 (five) times the deposit amount at our sole discretion as per AML policy for any bonus. 
5.  We reserve the right to exclude any entry from the promotion and/or alter the promotion (including cancellation) if we believe that the promotion is being abused.
6.  All games have a maximum betting limit of 4 EUR (or equivalent in other currencies) per game round/spin during bonus is active on the player's account. Moreover, it is strictly forbidden to use any slot special features, including "gamble feature", "buy bonus feature, "buy free spins future" and "bonus hunt" (collecting bonuses with intention to later open it) during bonus active period ("active bonus") on the player's account. Violation of this rule will forfeit the bonus and any winnings resulting from the bonus or other games that were completed during the active bonus period.
7.  Players are not allowed to collect and/or combine bonuses. Any Bonus (bonus that comes with deposit requirement) is "sticky" and is considered as active until withdrawal request has been processed or when winnings generated with the help of bonus are part of players balance or when players balance reach zero out threshold which is set to 1 EUR or equivalent in other currency.
8.  With any active Bonus following games are strictly forbidden to play; Jackpot games, Table Games, Video Poker, Virtual Games(Sports and Races), Live Casino or placing bets on any Sportsbook event.
9. If the bonus terms and conditions above have been translated into various languages and these reflect the same principles, but in the event of any differences between the language versions, the English version shall prevail.
10.  With any active Bonus following games are strictly forbidden to play. 11. You are eligible for one Welcome Offer which consists of: one first deposit bonus, one second deposit bonus and one third deposit bonus per CristalPoker account which shall mean no more than one of each bonuses per user, IP address, computer device, family, residential address, telephone number, credit or debit card and/or e-payment account, e-mail address, and environments where computers are shared (university, fraternity, school, public library, workplace, etc.). 
12.  Welcome Offer is valid for all new qualifying customers of CristalPoker for their first three consecutive deposits only as specified below in following order; first deposit with bonus code CRI1, second deposit with bonus code CRI2 and third deposit with bonus code CRI3. All bonus codes must be used before the confirmation of deposit. In order to get the first deposit bonus, player needs to use the bonus code: CRI1 before making deposit. To get the second deposit bonus, player needs to use the bonus code: CRI2 and for third deposit bonus code: CRI3 needs to be used before making deposit. Each Bonus is active for 30 days from moment it has been claimed.
13.  Each bonus in Welcome Package is “sticky” and will be forfeited once you make a withdrawal request.  Free Spins are added on slot game Crystal Queen (provider: Quickspin) or if unavailable in your chosen currency, on an equivalent slot game.
