Match of big value in Group C today!

After the losing games in the opening of the UEFA Euro tournament, the Ukrainians and the Macedonians are looking forward to winning this match. Both national squads showed great determination and fighting spirit in the first games, but just a little lack of luck made an unfortunate outcome for both teams. In Group C, Austria and Netherlands are heading with 3 points from their first games, and they are facing each other tonight, where they will try to make a big step towards the knockout stage of the tournament. But before the outcome of that game, Ukraine and Macedonia will do their best to gain their first points in the race for the next stage of the UEFA Euro 2020.

Ukraine played a great game against the Dutch team in Amsterdam and showed real football quality. After they conceded two goals in the 52' and 58’ minute of the match, the Ukrainians managed to come back with the goals of Andriy Yarmolenko in the 75', and Roman Yaremchuk in the 79’ minute. But unfortunately, they conceded the third goal in the 85’ and lost the game after a real football battle all over the Amsterdam field. So today Andriy Shevchenko’s crew will definitely bring their best in order to get their first points in the tournament, against the Macedonian national squad.

The Macedonians on the other hand didn't manage to find the right approach against the national team of Austria. The Austrians scored the opening goal in the 18’ minute, but after 10 minutes the Macedonian football legend Goran Pandev scored the equalizer. After that, the match was in constant football fight and search for the right opportunity for scoring the second goal by both teams. Unfortunately for Igor Angelovski’s team, the Austrians scored the second goal in the 78’ minute of the game, and after that things went in a different direction. The final strike was the third goal from the Austrians in the 89’ minute, where the winning team became known.

So today the Macedonian crew is going to do their best in order to come back in the competition for the next stage of Euro 2020.
